Kelli McCauley, Executive Director

With more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry working for renowned organizations like Guardian, Mass Mutual, and Transamerica, Kelli McCauley is an accomplished executive coach, leadership consultant, and sales team scaling expert.

Her work in the industry has earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to women in finance, and she has a deep understanding of the unique challenges they face.

Dr. Iris Shepard, Education Chair

Dr. Iris Shepard consistently displays her commitment to creating rigorous educational programs and nurturing learners’ success. With over twenty years of experience in education, Iris leverages her wealth of experience and passion for education to shape the future of learning initiatives for women in finance.

Lauren Harris, Programming Chair

President of Harris Insurance and Financial Services, Lauren Harris is passionate about serving others. Her unwavering dedication to excellence has made her a driving force in ensuring that her clients and advisors achieve their financial goals and aspirations. As a certified trainer, Lauren believes strongly in the importance of providing high quality programming to facilitate client and advisor growth.

Hollan Woods, Treasurer

Hollan Woods serves as the Chief Financial Officer of 1^st Employment, a Northwest Arkansas staffing agency. Hollan has a passion for women and children whose life circumstances have left them with less opportunities than others. She has been named a Fayetteville public schools volunteer of the year on several occasions for the work she does with the underprivileged high school students. Additionally, she serves in the Springdale school district teaching financial literacy.

Casey Blanchard, Communications Chair

As Education and Communications Manager for Cornerstone Financial Network, Casey strives each day to live out her passion bolstering others, serving the underserved, and helping people find their voice. An experienced educator in the realm of communications and literacy, Casey prioritizes building strong connections with others and establishing equitable practices.

Molly Battles, Media Chair

Molly Battles is a communications professional with a passion for creating engaging content. She currently holds the position of Media and Advisor Specialist at Cornerstone Financial Network. Molly has a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communication and is known for her skills in storytelling and digital media.
